PROCESSING TIME
All orders placed Monday-Thursday will ship within 48 hrs. All orders placed on Friday's will ship the following Monday. Delays in processing and shipping may occur during holidays. You will receive an order has shipped email once the package has left the facility.
Custom Screen Orders - Will be fulfilled and shipped within 48 hrs.
Custom Belt Orders - Will be fulfilled and shipped within 24 hrs.
Please note: Custom order fulfillment times may experience potential delays due to high volume of orders.

Emerald Parts domestic shipping rates and estimates are subject to shipping carrier shipping times. IN-STORE PICKUP
You can skip the shipping feed with free local pick up at our Liverpool, NY headquarter location! After placing your order and selecting free local in-store pickup, your order will be prepared and ready for pick-up within 48 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked-up. Want to receive a phone call instead? Please let us know in the comments section at checkout.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please note: this will differ when using a local carrier or pallet shipping. When using these methods, we will supply you with an email detailing all pertinent information.

LOST PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESS INPUT, DELIVERY ATTEMPTED
Emerald Parts is not responsible for any packages lost by the shipping fulfillment company during transit. Upon a package being reported as being lost, Emerald Parts will reach out to the shipping fulfillment company and file a claim to attempt to locate the package.
Emerald Parts is not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address issued by the customer under the 'Shipping Address' section during checkout. Emerald Parts will attempt to stop delivery if the package is still on route to the posted shipping location. Please utilize the tracking portal to prevent the delivery of packages to the wrong address and to alert Emerald Parts if a mistake has been made.
Emerald Parts is not responsible for packages that do not arrive by the estimated arrival time (or) are not delivered due to the customer not being available to sign and/or accept the package (or) are arriving late due to delays from the shipping fulfillment company.
